What do I wear for ZENTHAI?
For ZENTHAI wear the clothes you would wear to yoga or exercise in, stretchy or even loose. A warm layer, socks, long sleeves and legs is helpful and you will get cool receiving bodywork.
How much space do I need for a mobile session?
The ZENTHAI mat is a similar size to a double bed, plus we need a little space around the mat. Most living rooms, even i apartments, have enough space if we slide a coffee table out of the way.
I’m pregnant, is ZENTHAI safe for me and my baby?
Yes! The process is rewarding for mum, and with ZENTHAI bub will enjoy the ride.
ZENTHAI for Pregnancy is a specific post-graduate learning with all the structural elements of a pregnant body catered to by region of the body. Sequences are specifically tailored with pregnancy needs, symptoms and outcomes in mind. This modality is deeply nourishing, supportive, remedial and welcome by a pregnant body.
There are specific TCM points that we will avoid with direct pressure (unless you want baby to arrive, so after 37 weeks we can go for it) and certain ZENTHAI gestures are taken out for pregnancy and other, more nourishing ones added in.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made by PayID (bank transfer) or cash payments on the day of treatment. For new clients digital payments may be requested 24 hours prior to session time. Payments are non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel?
