What?

Reiki + guided Meditation together offer an opportunity for participants to wind back from fight/flight/freeze of the sympathetic nervous system and to return to breath, allowing the freedom to ground and come back to the relaxing effects of rest and digest state of the parasympathetic nervous system. Accessing the best-self the participant has to offer.

How?

All we need in a corporate setting is comfortable chair. Employees can turn up as they are on the day, no special attire or effort is needed, but it’s nice to be comfortable.

Where?

A meeting room, or another quiet space is all we need to create a calming space for the reiki and guided meditation to take place. If there is a suitable outdoor setting this is ideal.

When?

Bookings are welcomed in business hours, any day of the week, with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

REIKI Treatment parameters

• 30 min per person

• Min 4 hour booking - 8 x 30 min sessions (20 min reiki with time to check in and transition each person)

• Technology free zone - no client phones!
